Refund policy

All returns, refund and replacement queries must be emailed to returns@ecigwizard.com. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
All products purchased from Ecigwizard can also be returned to any of our stores with proof of purchase.
Any unwanted products must be returned within 14 days in their original condition with all original packing in-tact. Proof of purchase is required.
All batteries, chargers and devices have a six month warranty from date of purchase.
All atomisers, coils and tanks have a 48 hour DOA (Dead on Arrival) warranty from receipt of order. If there is a fault with the above product(s), you must make us aware of the fault within 48 hours of receipt by any official communications channel. We therefore strongly recommend inspecting all your products upon receipt of them.
All postal returns are processed within 7 working days of receipt.
Warranties are not guarantees and only cover manufacturing faults, they do not cover any damage or wear and tear.
