Why does my e-cig taste burnt?
If you have been using the same coil for a prolonged period of time, it may need to be changed. Click (here) for more information on looking after and replacing your coil.
My e-cig isn’t working
Firstly make sure your device is fully charged and your coil is tightly connected to the base of the tank. See (here) for a video on troubleshooting problems. If issues still persist, please get in contact with us here.

Make sure you are using the charging equipment provided with the kit. If you have a spare ecig, check to see if the charging cables work on those devices (of the same brand) If other devices charge, or you don’t have one spare. The vapour hurts my throat/makes me cough
There are a few variables that may be giving you a harsh feeling in your throat. Firstly, try lowering your nicotine strength, it may be too high for you.

How do I know when my battery is fully charged?
Generally the LCD display on most devices will indicate the devices is fully charged. Or a small LED light will change from red to green. Please refer to your devices instruction manual for more information. Or call us on (phone) or email (email).
What is Direct to Lung and Mouth To Lung?
Direct to lung devices tend to be higher end devices that provide greater volumes of vapour. They have a large airflow requiring you to breath the vapour directly into your lungs.
Mouth to lung devices tend to be simpler, beginner devices, with a tighter draw.
How long will my coil last?
There are many factors that influence the lifespan of a coil. (including the type and brand of coil) Such as the temperature or voltage you run your device on, type of eliquid and the volume of use. Generally speaking, most users will find their coil lasts them from 1 - 2 weeks.
What nicotine strength do I need?
Choosing the right Nicotine strength is a personal preference. Generally, heavy smokers (20+ Cigarettes a day) will require much higher Nicotine strengths compared to a casual or light smoker. Below is a ruff guide.
20+ Cigarettes a day - 12 - 18mg
10+ Cigarettes a day - 6 - 12mg
<10 Cigarettes a day - 3mg
What is variable wattage/voltage?
Variable Wattage/Voltage is a feature some higher end devices provide, they allow you to modify the output of vapour, temperature and in some cases it actually modifies the flavour of some Eliquids!
How long will a 10ml bottle of e-liquid last?
A bottle will last the average person 2 - 4 days. Although this is very dependent on the type of device and personal use.
My e-cig is spitting/makes a crackling noise
Some crackling noises are normal and to be expected, particularly if the device has been left to sit for a prolonged period. If your device is spitting at you it may be you are using a liquid that is too thin. Please get in contact so we can help troubleshoot the problem. (email, phone)
My e-cig gets really hot
If your device is getting extremely hot, please stop using the device and get in contact with us.
If your device is getting warm, this is more than likely normal and nothing to worry about. Try lowering the voltage/wattage of the device and use the product less frequently until it has cooled down.
How should I charge my e-cig?
Please always refer to the instruction manual provided with your device. If you are still unsure, please get in contact with us (email, phone) and remember to only use chargers provided by the manufacturer.
What is sub-ohm?
Sub-Ohm coils have a resistance lower than >1.0. For example 0.50.
These types of coils operate at much higher temperatures and provide a more intense experience.
What is the difference between VG and PG?
VG (vegetable glycerin) provides a smoother experience and provides much larger clouds of vapour. It's also extremely viscous compared to PG (propylene glycol) which has a sweeter undertone but provides a slightly harsher experience on the throat, commonly referred to as throat hit, which helps replicate the sensation of smoking.

What is the TPD/TRPR?
The TPD is a European directive that guarantees the safety and quality of all devices and eliquid sold in the UK market.

Average battery life 8-12 months, high drain batteries replace every 3-6 months.
Is my e-cig under warranty?
We provide a full manufacturers warranty on all devices for 6 Months. Atomisers come with a 48 hour Dead on Arrival warranty.
