Delivery
All orders are generally shipped within 2 working days. Please note however in times of high demand this may be longer. If you have an urgent need to receive your order sooner please use one of the express delivery options such as Next Working Day. All other packages are generally sent in standard 1st class packet post with Royal Mail. Generally speaking, your order will arrive with you 1-3 working days after it has left our premises. We have found that most of our orders sent using standard delivery actually arrive next day within the mainland UK.
Delivery options within the UK (inc. Northern Ireland and Isles)

- First Class – Standard Packaged Post (Royal Mail) – A standard first class service offered in the UK by Royal Mail, normally next day from shipping date. Delivery is expected between 1 to 3 working days, however, please allow up to 10 working days. Orders placed before 12:00pm Monday - Friday are usually dispatched the same day.
- Recorded 1st Class (Royal Mail) – A service requiring a signature before the item is delivered. Delivery is expected between 1 to 3 working days, however, please allow up to 10 working days. Orders placed before 12:00pm Monday - Friday are usually dispatched the same day.
- Next Working Day* – DPD – A next working day service when your order is received before 6 pm Mon-Fri or by 3pm Sunday.
- Saturday DPD – Have your order delivered on Saturday when you order before 6 pm Friday.
- Sunday & Monday DPD – Have your order delivered on Sunday or Monday when your order is received by 3 pm the day before.

*Please note all orders made to a BFPO (British Forces Post Office) address must be delivered using Royal Mail. All other couriers are unable to fulfil these shipments.

Standard Airmail delivery - This method usually takes 5 to 10 working days to arrive with you, if you need it quicker please opt for the express option.
Please note that we cannot ship electronic devices containing batteries outside of the UK via normal post. You must select a tracked delivery method at the checkout, or we will be unable to ship them. Limited to 4 devices per order.
Tracked & Signed to delivery - This method usually takes 5 to 10 working days to arrive with you and you can track it's progress, if you need it quicker please opt for the express option.
Please note that 18650 batteries can only be shipped outside of the UK via Express DHL delivery and cannot be shipped via standard post.
Express delivery to Europe: We use DHL Express to offer this great next day service to most of Europe - although DHL will endeavour to deliver next day it is not guaranteed. You must place your order before 12:00pm Monday - Friday (UK time) for your order to be dispatched that day.
Finland Shipping:
Any orders to Finland containing products now restricted by Finnish law, such as flavoured e-liquid containing nicotine, are at a high risk of being seized & destroyed by Finnish customs. We strongly recommend that you do not order any restricted products to Finland as we are not liable for any seized products.
Malta Shipping:
Due to strict policies at DHL Malta, batteries are limited to 2 per order. If you wish to order more batteries, please choose Tracked & Signed delivery to prevent your order from being seized at the Maltese border, or spread them across multiple orders.
NEXT DAY DELIVERY TO EUROPE- WE USE DHL EXPRESS TO OFFER THIS GREAT NEXT DAY SERVICE TO MOST OF EUROPE - ALTHOUGH DH: WILL ENDEAVOUR TO DELIVER NEXT DAY IT IS NOT GUARANTEED. YOU MUST PLACE YOUR ORDER BEFORE 12:00PM (GMT) MONDAY - FRIDAY FOR YOUR ORDER TO BE DISPATCHED THAT DAY.
Delivery options outside of Europe

Our postage costs outside of Europe vary greatly depending on country and order value. If you think a shipping cost is high to your country/for your order please contact us with your name (keep the items in your shopping cart) and we will be able to give you a more accurate shipping cost and options for tracked airmail.
As standard, we send items by airmail. We cannot take any responsibility outside of Europe for missing items and we therefore strongly urge you to choose the registered Airsure option which provides tracking and insurance.
For international [outside Europe] orders over £39 in value, we assume the maximum weight/worst case for the order. Therefore if you feel the shipping cost is high please contact us and we will give you an accurate shipping cost.
Delivery time will vary depending on country and can be anything from 5 to 20 working days.
USA Shipping:
Due to strict law enforcement at the US border, we cannot be held responsible for any packages which are seized/held by local US customs and/or the FDA. This means you are responsible for the items once they leave the UK postal system.
It is a shame that we have to create the above rule but this is due to the very random nature of the FDA & US customs.
Your order is less likely to be seized if it does not contain any nicotine products such as e-liquid or cartridges.
At this time, we are unable to deliver to Estonia, Israel and Lithuania.
Please note: If you are ordering from outside the UK & Ireland dispatch can take 2-3 working days and shipping can take anything up to 10 working days depending on your location. Sometimes this can be longer depending on your local customs rules. Generally speaking, we have found most orders arrive within 5 to 7 working days of your order being placed in Western Europe.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Our shipping costs are calculated based on a weighted average due to limitations with our shipping suppliers. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them (even if both orders totalled are over £10). Your package will be packaged well with the aim to survive even the roughest of post companies!
Most of our orders are packaged in bubble envelopes with additional bubble wrap/paper. We will attach a return address label to the envelope. If any orders are returned by the mail company due to an incorrect address on your part there will be additional delivery charges to re-ship your order.
E-Liquids: Our e-liquids are packaged as well as we possibly can (without incurring price increases). There is always a risk though that when posting liquids a leak could occur. If this happens please let us know within 3 working days so we can sort out any issues. If your liquid vessel has been breached we would not recommend vaping the liquid as it may have become contaminated.
*Next working day delivery will apply when your order is received before 6:00 pm Monday-Friday. For example, You place an order at 5:00 pm on Monday, your order will then be dispatched by next day delivery on Monday afternoon to arrive with you on Tuesday. If you place an order at 7:00 pm on Wednesday your order may not be dispatched until Thursday to arrive with you by Friday.
