Ecigwizard Price Match

The UK competitor’s prices need to be publicly available to all customers. In order for us to verify these prices, they must be displayed in the competitor’s shop or on their online store. The competitor must be reputable, with a minimum of 100 positive reviews and have been in business for at least a year. 

The competitor's price must exclude any discounts or promotional offers including (but not limited to) voucher codes, VIP, affiliate cashback, membership or personal discounts. Price matching cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount.

The price must apply to an identical individual product, that’s the same make, model, size and colour. The product must also be available via the same service conditions that we offer, including delivery prices. 

The competitor must also have the product in stock, online or in-store.

To fulfil a price match we need to be sure that the product is available through a retailer which has a substantial presence. Once that has been verified, we ensure that the product is still in stock and the price covers all service fees, including delivery.

If all parameters have been met then we will honour the price match and you can purchase the product from us at the set price. 

If you do find the same product for sale at a lower price at a reputable UK competitor, either in store or online, and sold with the same service conditions, you can submit a price match claim. It's really simple, just fill in the contact form above, using as much detail as possible, and we will get back to you. 

Our competitors trade on a similar basis as us and have a considerable presence online, on the high street, or both. They must stock a reasonable range of vaping products with clearly displayed prices. Their websites must trade under the same brand and on the same basis as their high street shops.

Businesses that trade on a completely different basis to Ecigwizard are not deemed comparable reputable competitors. These include: Pop-up or temporary shops, collection points, auction sites, factory outlets, duty-free shops, market stalls or concession stands.

We also don’t match competitors who are in administration or are in the process of closing down.
