HOW DO I TURN THE ICON POD VAPE KIT ON?

Since no buttons are required to turn the device on, all you need to do is inhale on the mouthpiece to activate it. The light on the device will slowly illuminate, indicating that it has been activated.

HOW AND WHEN SHOULD I CHARGE MY ICON POD VAPE KIT?

Attach the provided USB charging cable to the micro USB port on the base of your vape kit to charge it. Whilst charging, the light indicator on your device will remain on and will flash 20 times to indicate the device is fully charged.

The translucent design of the pods allows you to see how much e-liquid is left in them. Once the pod is visibly depleted of vape juice, it’s time to discard it and replace it with a new one.

WHY IS MY ICON POD LEAKING?

Despite this generally being a very rare occurrence, leakage can still happen. If your ICON Pod starts leaking, remove it from the device and wipe off the vape juice before inserting it back into the kit.

Keep these helpful tips in mind to avoid leakage:

- Puff gently - aggressive puffs can draw liquid into the mouthpiece
- Relax your mouth when you puff - avoid squeezing or biting the mouthpiece
- Without squeezing, place your fingers on the outer edges of the mouthpiece and click into place

WHY HAS MY ICON POD VAPE KIT STOPPED PRODUCING VAPOUR AND WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If your vape kit has ceased to produce vapour, we advise attempting the following steps.

- Ensure that your ICON Pod isn’t depleted of e-liquid.
- Clean the contacts inside the ICON Starter Device and on the ICON Pod with dry cotton material. This should remove any moisture that has been in contact with them.
- Gently tap the ICON Pod to remove any air bubbles that may have arisen.
- Replace the ICON Pod with a new one to see if that makes a difference.
