On first install:

• Step 1. Remove all packaging, stickers and rubber plugs from both the device and the prefilled pod.
• Step 2.Connect the pod to the device. Depending on the device you then slide or click the prefilled pod to the top of your battery. Ensure the pod is secured by either a clicking mechanism or a magnetic attachment.
• Step 3. Vape, you are now ready to go, ensure you replace the pod when the flavour weakens or tastes burnt, or if the vapour thins drastically. 

Replacing a prefilled pod

Once you have installed your first pod, it should be fairly easy to replace them:

• Step 1. Remove the empty prefilled pod from the top of your device
• Step 2.Choose your replacement pod, ensure it has had all its packaging removed.
• Step 3. Connect the new pod to the top of the device, again ensuring it is secure.
• Step 4. Safely dispose of the empty pod. Unfortunately you can't simply recycle empty pods, as nicotine is classed as an environmentally hazardous substance. Clean the pod with warm water, and then take it to a Household Waste Recycling Centre. Alternatively you can also make use of various retailer take back schemes.
• Step 5.Vape again, you can now get back to vaping!

How do I refill my vape pod?

• Step 1. Remove the pod. How to go about this may depend on your device, but it is fairly simple in most cases. You may have to slide, pop out, or pull the pod out gently.
• Step 2. Open the fill hole. This is usually a small rubber flap on the top, side or bottom of the device.
• Step 3. Refill the pod. Replace your e-liquid by putting the tip of the e-liquid bottle into the fill hole. Then, gently squeeze the dropper until your pod is around 80% full. Be careful not to overfill the pod as this can cause leakages and problems with your coil.
• Step 4. Close the pod. Push the rubber seal firmly, ensuring it is tightly fit, or your e-liquid may leak.
• Step 5. Ensure you have cleaned any spills. Dried e-liquid can become sticky and affect the device
• Step 6. Let the e-liquid soak the coil. Vaping too soon can burn the coil, after refilling your pod wait 10 minutes for the e-liquid to fully soak into the cotton.
• Step 7. Place the pod back into the device. Finally, slide, snap or pop your pod back into the vape.
