- First Class post within the UK is not guaranteed delivery, the average time is 2 – 3 working days.
However please allow up to 10 working days from dispatch for delivery.
- First Class post outside of the UK is not guaranteed delivery, average time is 3 – 5 working days.
However, please allow up to 25 working days from dispatch for delivery.
- First Class orders are usually dispatched within two working days.
- Next Working Day/Express orders within UK placed before 13:30 Mon-Fri will be dispatched the same day.
- Next Working Day/Express orders outside UK placed before 12:00 Mon-Fri will be dispatched the same day.
- Once the order has been dispatched, it is in the care/responsibility of Royal Mail/DHL.
- Please note prices may vary depending on current postal rates.
- Next Working Day/Express orders to remote areas may face additional charges.
- All our shipping fees include handling, packing and postage costs.
- We are not responsible for any customs charges or the seizing of any goods.
- All our parcels are packaged as well as we possibly can (without incurring price increases). There is always a risk that when posting e-liquids a leak could occur. If this happens, please let us know within 3 working days so we can rectify this. If your liquid vessel has been breached we would not recommend vaping the liquid as it may have become contaminated.

Returns & Replacements
- All returns and replacement queries must be emailed to [email protected], if other contact method used, will be told to email for returns ID.
- All batteries, mods, drippers and chargers have a six month warranty from date of purchase.
- All Clearomisers, atomisers, coils and tanks have a 48 hour DOA (Dead on Arrival) warranty from receipt of order. Initial contact must be made within 48 hours by any official communications channel (product FAQs & reviews are not an official communication channel).
- All returns are processed within 7 working days of receipt.
- Warranties are not guarantees and only cover manufacturing faults, not damage or wear and tear.
- We reserve the right to cancel/refund any order.
- Customers who order as a guest/not logged in will not receive any loyalty points and will undergo an automatic age verification process through Experian regardless of previous checks.
- Any orders deemed suspicious or fraudulent may be cancelled without notice.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- We offer our products in Euro currency. The exchange rate used is completely at our discretion and may not be the same as your bank/local currency exchange.
- Refunds can take up to 72 hours to process.
- We do not hold any payment/card/bank details.
- Registered customers can check their order status through their account online.
