For our very first meet the team feature, we’re proud to introduce Sam. He’s very much an integral part of the ECigWizard team and is often found dashing around like a madman getting various things done. You might say that the ECig ship would sink without Sam!

What is your favourite thing about working at ECigWizard?
The varied workload and interaction with a range of different customers. It’s a good feeling when you know you’re helping customers on their way!
What does a typical day involve for you?
It’s very customer service based. I manage tickets, general queries (I also man the telephone), and on the odd occasion you’ll find me helping the warehouse team pick, pack and double check orders. I’m also in charge of product returns, adding stock to the website and generally keeping an eye on the orders and dealing with second order runs as and when necessary. Anything I’m asked to do I take on really, bit of a multi-tasker!

What’s in store for the company in the next few weeks? Any teasers?
New products are always added on a monthly, if not weekly basis. We’re planning a move to a larger premises in the next month or so with the possibility of a party, hint hint!
Has a TV show or film ever made you cry, if so what?
Got to be Titanic. I don’t normally cry watching movies, but Titanic did make me blub a little bit, although I felt a bit ashamed after! Is it wrong that I want to watch Titanic in 3D? I only normally scare myself when watching horror movies!
