A cartomiser is simply an atomiser and cartridge all in one. Generally speaking they perform better than a seperate atomiser and cartridge setup. They are also much easier to refill and maintain.

Simply pop the cap off the cartomiser and fill with your favourite e-liquid. You can then remove the cap from the battery end connector and hook up the cartomiser to your favourite battery - You're now ready to go, simple!
